Terms and Conditions
1. Search engines:
1.1 Because each search engine updates at different times we cannot guarantee
how long it will take for your website to be included in any given website.
However, 1 to 3 months is the average timescale although this usually takes
a lot less time - it can take only a few days.
1.2 You must not use your own submission processes at the same time that our
processes are in place. This could cause your site to be banned from all search
engines.
1.3 123promotion operates a strict 'No Refunds' policy due to the fluctuating
nature of search engines.
1.4 No search engine Optimiser can guarantee success. Be very aware of companies
that offer this to you. However, 123promotion can guarantee that your site
will be optimised by seasoned professionals with many years of Optimising and
Promotion know-how.
1.5 We will optimise your site to the best of our abilities. Items such
as links to your site and listings in major directories will also help to promote
your site and this site informs you of these added features.
1.6 Optimisation is only one stage of web promotion and you should not base
your whole search engine strategy on Optimisation alone.
1.7 Payment for any Promotion service will be used to cover work on free, added
services such as Link Building or PPC Management in the event of the service
being requested to cease. This is to cover the work that 123promotion will
complete on a free of charge basis - one example is running a PPC campaign
whilst waiting for Optimisation to be completed. The onus is on the client
to provide full information for Optimisation services to begin and be completed. Payment
will be used in full to compensate free service offerings. 123promotion
is not responsible for the client not providing information for Optimisation
to be completed.
1.8 If rankings slip or disappear after a search engine update, 123 Promotion
is not responsible for this as many things could have caused this to happen
including server issues and any other outside factor.
1.9 Our Optimisation services are to optimise a site so that it can be read
easily by a search engine and not to guarantee search engine positions.
2. Payments:
2.1 Payments are paid per year (or monthly if agreed) in advance for a single
submission process. Prices are dependent on the package that you select and
will vary depending on your site requirements.
2.2 Discounts are available on bulk submission purchases.
3. Agreement:
3 .1 By purchasing our services you agree that you have read our terms and
agree to be bound by them. This agreement does not affect your consumer rights.
